Your appointment has not been booked unless you have received a confirmation email and paid the deposit - please ensure you enter the CORRECT email address (without any spelling errors) as this will be the platform that I contact you on - if you would like to double check that your appointment has been book correctly then please email me :)
The deposit paid by the client upon booking is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE to another date. If you need to cancel an appointment, please send me an email to let me know, but please understand that I am unable to transfer your deposit back to you.
COVID-19 UPDATE: if the Australian government once again deems it unsafe for beauty services to be performed due to the current pandemic, I will unfortunately be unable to offer refunds on deposits, however all clients who are booked in will be issued with a credit on their deposit so that it can be used towards another appointment in the future.
Bookings from OCTOBER 2021 are not open yet.
If you would like to be notified via email 24-48 hours before a certain date has opened, you can add yourself to my waitlist for that date! If your desired date is booked out or unavailable, you can add yourself to my cancellation list.
All makeup appointments go for a full 45 minutes, not 30 minutes as stated below! Please keep this in mind when planning around your appointment.
